The international trade group is actively involved in international business transactions and handles work from a large international client base. The groups work involves knowledge of legal systems of various jurisdictions and in particular USA and England.

The banking group deals largely with syndicate loans, bonds, swaps and derivatives. It also provides day to day advice on banking regulatory matters and asset-backed financing mainly with regard to cross border transactions.

Our intellectual property group works alongside our information technology group and handles all issues relating to Trademarks, Patents, Industrial designs and computer software.

In addition to our 8 major international practice feilds Chambers & Co undertakes matters of local law.
